
Defective.
I bought this machine with high expectations. After having it for only three weeks, the coffee maker quit working. I called DeLonghi to ask about it, they said it was over a year old, therefore out of warranty. When I contacted Superior Sells, they said I could return it, in it's original box! Unfortunately, I have already thrown the box away...I am currently in a battle. Don't bu this machine!!!
