It's ok
This is a decent product for someone trying to control their sugar intake. It doesn't have an odd aftertaste t all. I do suggest using a milk product instead of water for your ice cream machine as a water base freezes to the sides quickly. I also added more vanilla to mine for the extra kick but it would be fine without it. This makes a great base for any flavor you plan to make. I used the LorAnn strawberry and it came out pretty good.
