It only work for a month
I bought the machine and it did good expresso for a month.
After that started leaking everywhere. Every time I did a coffee it was a mess.
And forget about the delonghi service. A disaster
Only lasted 2 years
I was given this machine as a christmas gift two years ago. It worked great to begin with but this last year it has been having some issues. I have cleaned it a few times and as the year has gone on it has stopped working. I believe there is a problem with the moter, but am not really sure. All I know is that it wont make shots any more. I have cleaned it, I have adjusted my grind, it sprays water with no basket but doesn't seem to have enough gumption to shot the shots.
Best Espresso Maker Yet
This is the best (so far) machine I have owned. It makes great espresso and nice froth. It is a little fussy about using only the "perfect grind", but once I figured this out, is good. The frothing wand works OK, but personally, I'd prefer one without the fancy air mixer. I was a little disappointed that a great Italian coffee machine maker would ship their product to PRC (China) for manufacture.
