Awesome Mixer
I chose this rating because it is the best thing I have owned in the kitchen! Other than it doing better with large quantities, smaller quantities don't do as well, however that is learn by doing for me. I may also look into different attachments, like the blender attachment with the scraper I think it would do much better. This product is a lot more quieter than I expected. It took me years to save and buy one of these and I am not disappointed It made holiday baking much quicker this year!!
